These terms apply when you use nourgoodness.com or buy from Nour Goodness, operated by Pure Serenity Shop LLC.

01Who can order
We sell to customers in the United States and ship to US addresses only.
02Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay and sales tax is added where required. If a price is shown in error, we'll tell you before charging and you can cancel.
03Orders
An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund in full if something is out of stock or an order appears fraudulent.
04Real plants
Each bookmark contains a real pressed plant, so colour, size and shape differ from piece to piece and from the photos. Dried flowers fade slowly in strong light; this is normal and not a defect.

Joining Nour Goodness text alerts is optional and covered by the SMS Terms.
07Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
08Governing law
The laws of the state in which Pure Serenity Shop LLC is organized, and applicable US federal law.
